  • Master Schedule Development: Formulate, optimize, and oversee an all-inclusive master schedule for the overarching program and individual workstreams starting from week one.
  • Critical Path Management: Organize the technical project scope into structural work products to build a foundational critical path schedule using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.
  • Progress Auditing: Lead weekly progress evaluations alongside project teams and package supervisors, generating detailed summaries and data-backed updates.
  • Timeline Alignment: Synchronize and manage internal operational schedules with external contractor and stakeholder timelines.
  • Project Controls: Actively monitor project milestones, risk factors, and industrialization phases for newly developed client products.
